Overview
Turion’s ground-based sensor node is now operational in California, providing wide-area dawn and dusk surveillance of Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Using a combination of electro-optical, event-based, and polarimetric sensing, it complements Turion’s DROID satellite fleet and feeds directly into the Starfire analytics platform. Selected by the U.S. Office of Space Commerce for the TraCSS Collision Avoidance Pathfinder, this system addresses early-phase launch tracking gaps.
